Bell Home Buyers ("we", "us", "our") buys houses from homeowners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you fill out one of our forms, including forms on Facebook and Instagram, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you fill out one of our forms, we collect the information you choose to give us:

- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Property details, such as the property address, type of property, condition and who lives there
- Your answers to the other questions on the form, such as your situation and timeline
We may also keep a record of our messages and calls with you.
How we use your information
We use your information to contact you about selling your property. That includes reviewing your answers, calling or texting you to ask follow-up questions, and talking through a possible offer on the property. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your request.
Consent to calls and text messages
By submitting a form, you agree that Bell Home Buyers may contact you at the phone number you provided by phone call and text message, including automated text messages, about selling your property. Consent is not a condition of any sale.

We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
When we share information

They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep information
We keep your information only as long as we need it to talk with you about your property and to keep basic business records. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
Deleting your information
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Send us a message on the Bell Home Buyers Facebook Page and tell us you want your information deleted. We will delete it, except for anything we are required to keep by law.
Security
We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
