What this site is

This site explains how Bell Home Buyers buys houses and lets homeowners ask us for an offer. Nothing on the site is an offer to buy any property. An offer only exists when we give it to you in writing, and a sale only happens when both sides sign a written purchase agreement.

No obligation

Asking for an offer is free and doesn't commit you to anything. You can say no to any offer, for any reason.

Not advice

We are a home buyer. We don't represent you, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or real estate advice. Before selling, you may want to talk with a real estate agent, an attorney, a tax professional or a HUD-approved housing counselor.

Prices and timing

Our offers are usually below what a house might sell for after repairs on the open market. Closing dates depend on title work and the terms of the signed agreement. We don't promise any particular price or closing date before we've made a written offer.

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number and check the consent box, you agree that we may call and text you, including automated texts, about selling your property. Consent is not a condition of any sale. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Information you send

Please send only information that's accurate and that you have the right to share. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Photos on this site are illustrations of the kinds of houses and situations we work with. They are not houses we have bought and they don't show our customers.

We try to keep the site accurate, but it's provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the site.

Changes
